Many parking spaces. It looks like for every reserved parking space there is one for visitors (and how many cars I see here - that is needed). We got a garage parking that is very spacious and we are using it as a huge storage (with one car parked inside). There are many additional parking spaces, but many apartments are having 2 cars or more, so when you see the parking in the evening (when "everybody is home"), it's quite full and it might be a problem to park your second car close to your apartment entrance.

Apartment is very well maintained, as is the property too. Apartment is very spacious. Bathrooms are much bigger than usual. Windows are oversized with great views. The whole complex is very clean.
Staff is very friendly and cooperative.
There is no noise from neighbors.
It's close to the mall (Home Depot, Fred Meyer, Cingular, Quiznos, etc.) and to the highway (I-90).

Cable service from Millenium is a plus (all premium channels, including HD and high speed internet for $99).

I changed few places in last two years and checked many and this one is the best by far. It's quite affordable, and I'm getting excellent apartment for the price. I highly recommend it.
