Not a very nice experience. Initially this place well run and well kept. The main office cared and the maintenance staff was prompt and thorough. The recent changes have really brought the whole place down.

1) Garbage situation is a nightmare. They need more pickups to avoid large piles of garbage on the ground by dumpsters every week.

2) Lawns a horrible mess. There used to be dog bags so residents could pick up after their pets. Apparently this "frill" was removed from the budget so now the vast majority of residents don't bother picking up after their damn dogs and the lawn is covered in land mines. Management acts surprised that the bags are gone even on multiple calls to the same person. What a joke.

3) Parking....ewww. They aren't policing the lot at all. People park vagrant or unused vehicles in spots for months without moving them. If theres snow they don't bother salting, shoveling, or laying gravel. It's impossible to find a spot if you come home after 8pm and don't have a covered spot.

4) Pet Rent...come on...really'! It's bad enough that they make you pay out the ass for pets but they also require a monthly 'pet rent' that apparently goes nowhere because upon move out they'll still happily charge you for the slightest use on the unit.

5) Management, simple, I trust them about as far as I can throw them.

I agree, pet rent is completely stupid! I liked the old management, but the new manager is a complete -----! She talks down to you and then tells you whatever she thinks you want to hear just to get you out of the office.
