We lived here for 2 years unfortunately I don t have anything positive to say about the experience. For the cost you can get a MUCH nicer place, in a MUCH nicer neighborhood, with landlords that will actually fix problems when they occur.
The worst part of living here was the paper-thin walls. You could hear your neighbor talk, even sneeze. Forget any type of privacy when it comes to what happens in the bedroom. Getting woken up every morning at 6 to neighbors having sex is uncomfortable then trying to have sex yourself when you know every decibel is heard is even more uncomfortable. Basically zero privacy.
Another huge problem is the zero response from management. When we were there (until 2008) this was ---------. She ignored complaints, promised to get back to us but never would, etc, etc. The one saving grace there was Lauren, she was friendly and tried to do what she could to help unfortunately however the power all seemed to fall with ---------, so usually we were always left unaided and frustrated. --------- was horrible to deal with and shouldn t have the job she does.
Another huge problem the dog crap that covers pretty much every grassy surface. Tons of dog owners leave crap everywhere maintenance seldom picks it up. We would often call every single day asking maintenance to pick up crap and it would often take over a week for it to happen. We would be eating dinner at our kitchen table and have dog owners walk their dog directly in front of our window and have their dog crap a great view when you re eating!!! We continually asked management to enforce picking up dog waste they never ever did, and the situation never got any better.
Parking is a nightmare, often there was nowhere to park, forget it if you ever have more than a couple of guests visiting.
I would not recommend this place at all it may look nice on first glance, but the quality of EVERYTHING is bottom quality, and for what you re paying you can get something MUCH MUCH nicer.
