Thorough review from a not-easily satisfied tenant

I work at Costco here in Issaquah, so the location of The Timbers biased my decision to live here because it's a 10-15 minute walk to work. But I still conducted a thorough analysis of the apartment market on the eastside: I toured 11 different apartment complexes and compared features that I sought out in a home. The Timbers stood out among them all. Relative to Park Hill, The Estates at Cougar Mt.@Talus, and The Highlands Wynheaven(spelling'), The Timbers has the best overall features needed by someone like me. If you come and go from your residence at all hours(thus needing to repark your car frequently), prefer living on a hill, prefer not to hear everything your neighbors do, and demand nice surroundings, then The Timbers is probably your only real option in the Issaquah apartment market. This place is accessible from three different exits off I-90; each only a 5-minute-or-less drive. Any future residents will be delighted by the functionality of the different exits for efficiently getting around and for circumventing some of Issaquah's tight traffic spots: Big, BIG plus.
My tenancy here at The Timbers has had its tests.
-I've had a fridge go out, but it was addressed seriously by the staff and remedied quickly.
-I had some parking issues: 90 percent of the time, parking was easy. I've always found a spot even if sometimes challenging(5-10 percent of the time).
-Crappy screen door. I haven't complained about it though, so the staff hasn't had a chance to address it. My fault there.
The people who live here are in their 30's-40's and are working professionals. I'm 28, and I'm probably the youngest tenant here. I've observed that most folks who reside here either work at Microsoft Satellite or Costco Corporate/Wherehouse. These are mostly quiet and considerate folks.
Gym is lame, pool is temporarily out of service, and during the December 2008 snowstorm, the staff didn't shovel the snow on the drives away: Just thought I should mention those. These are apartment universals though. Find me any apartment with a nice gym and I'll find you a dozen "Equipment Out of Service" signs!
