If you didn't think Issaquah had such an area... think again.

Don't think about renting here. Management is a complete joke. After over a year of living in the worst place I've ever lived, we're leaving. Grounds are never kept up. Trash surrounds the property (not to mention the shopping carts that have been sitting out there for 4 months that I've asked to have removed). Grass gets about 2 feet high before they realize "maybe we should cut it". There are broken sections of asphalt that are literally the circumference of a small car and almost a foot high! Have had numerous nights of hearing neighbors fight and police being called. Broken appliances that took months to fix. Getting locked out because a mechanism in the front door lock broke (took 3 hours of calling and yelling to finally send someone out to let us in). The best part of it all; they originally wanted us to call a locksmith and pay for it! Numerous car prowls and stolen cars. Cats everywhere. Rent increases to pay for maintenance (what a joke - what maintenance').
