People who complain about the noise here either haven't lived in apts. for very long, or they are just a little too sensitive. Sure, you can hear your neighbors sometimes, but that is apt. living, and as long as you have respectful neighbors it is fine. Besides, the size of the apts. and the location make up for any noise problem they might have! We are right at the foot of Squak Mt. and have a beautiful greenbelt off our balcony with a partial view of Tiger Mt.! Additionally, we are right next to beautiful downtown Issaquah and Gilman Village so literally anything you want is not even 5 min. away, or less, depending on what you want. I haven't even got to the staff, whom are some of the friendliest, most prompt, and professional that I have ever dealt with. They truly listen to you and try their best to accomodate. I haven't even mentioned the nice landscaping and abundant wildlife like birds and I often see dear off of my balcony. Love Vista Ridge!
