We have a nice view from our back porch, but after living here for a year we can hardly wait to get out. The lighting is terrible. Each room has either no lights, or lights placed in the most awkward places. The apartment is very dim. As bad as the lighting is, the sound proofing of the apartment is even worse. We can hear EVERYTHING from the apartment below. We are leaving, as are the people next to us because of how loud the apartments are and due to the lack of the management addressing these issues. Basically, if they knocked the walls down and invited your neighbors to share a large communal room, the sound level might be quieter.
