Very poor maintenance. Nosy neighbors.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Neighbors take pictures to turn in to office. Spots of lawn never mowed. Maintenance: None. Told lights would be fixed before moving in - have reminded the office several times - 4 months later still not fixed. Drains plugged when moved in.
