A bit of background: I lived a Vista Ridge a bit over 3 years. I only moved out because my job moved me. The complex has had 3 different managers and 2 different leasing agencies since I was there. With the last manager there have been a number of improvements with regards to new paint, better grounds, pool resurfacing and activities.

I was on the top floor of one of the units and rarely ever heard anyone around me. The unit was good sized, maintained well when I got in and when I did have a problem (once, early on) it was handled quickly.

Parking for guests in the late evening tends to put you to the back wall, but that?s only if you get there too late.

Most of the neighbors are quiet and polite and in fact, I know a few of the building where they where all good friends, got together for drinks and had fun. Almost anyone that left did so because they got a house or a new location.. I hardly ever heard of any problems or complaints.

The price was right, considering the area, size of the units and cleanliness.. I have seen a number of worse places go for more.

Oh yeah.. and I do computer work and was glad to know (and report) that the DSL speed is nice.. you are about 9500-10000 feet from the CO.
