This place is an apartment, not a condo or a house. As a result, it has all the drawbacks that one should expect in an apartment.

The noise isn't THAT bad, there are a couple tenants who seem to think they need to play their car stereos loud. We have also been able to hear the neighbors upstairs walking around, but they are not excessively noisy.

The parking is less than perfect, because we only have one assigned spot, but being relatively intelligent, we simply plan our trips to insure we have a spot available when we return.

Overall, this is a perfectly average place to live. It'd be nice if the ceilings were soundproofed better, and a dumpster on this end of the complex would be nice. The rent is a little steep for a place that isn't maintained very well, but rent is steep everywhere in King County, isn't it'

We've been here for a year and we'll be here for a couple more... anyone can find a reason to complain, we try to find ways to be happy.
