Get the top floor

I've lived at Vista Ridge for about 5 months now with my boyfriend. We love ------, the manager, but when our lease runs out next month we won't be renewing.
We live on the bottom floor and have a lot of privacy with a green belt right behind us. Yet, the floors are horribly thin. We can hear everything that is going on upstairs and it drives me nuts. We have mentioned it to our upstairs neighbors and they kind of try to keep it down but there's not much they can do about walking.
When something breaks it does take a couple of days for the maintanence guy to come fix it, but when they do come they fix it well.
Parking can be an issue but there is usally an extra spot to be found somewhere. If you drive a large veichle I would get home a bit early to get a spot because it won't fit in the covered area.
I would reccomend Vista Ridge, but only if you can afford to live on the top floor. Less noise and they have fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.
