All the good people are living here. Pharmaceutical reps, Boeing, Microsoft, law enforcement, and others. Just lock your car door instead of blasting the horn each time with remote. The Issaquah Police are awesome and they patrol regularly. Very few problem tenants live here. Awesome place to live for commuters to Seattle. The trend here is toward corporate relocations. New to Issaquah, email and I'll give you some more details.

I don't think bottom floor apartments are a good idea, but I think you would be fine in an upper unit. Hope this helps.
