My husband and I have been here for two years this month, and we both totally agree, and can honestly say, that the staff on this property are terrific. Aside from all being so congenial, and really nice people, they are also very responsive to any identified problem, (which there are actually very few of) The maintenance department is also terrific. They are always right on top of things. The apartments are well maintained, and if you do have a problem or a need arise, they are so prompt to fix it, and always with a smile! This is a very suspicious rating. Ask about the parking enforcement which does not exist. A manager who does not live on site must sign for the towing company to tow. There is only one maintenance person and he tries really hard.

The manager lives on site. I had an expired tabs....they left me a note!!! I think Anonymous people are suspicious.
