Where do I start'
Cheap - try $100 a month for water and trash....Ask them.
Management - this is the ghetto. They're nice until the ink is dry on the lease.
Security - never seen them. The gates are always being broken so the ghetto trash can let their homies in.
Cars vandalized and stolen.
Parking - these people always need 2 spaces for their cars.
Neighbors - this is the ghetto.
Noisy - mariachi at 2am.
kids - everywhere. Watch as you back up.
Half-way house for sex offenders 2 blocks away.
Insects - like roaches and ants'
Seriously this place is a dump. Drive around here at night...It's crack alley.

what gates are you talking about? i agree about the music but i think you have the wrong apartment complex.

You must have the wrong apartment complex. First this is not a gated community. This is the best place to live in Issaquah. The poster of this review has the wrong place.

You must be mistaken, there are 2 wildwood apartments in Issaquah. The one at 660 Wildwood is not gated and there certainly are no roaches.

There are 2 Wildwood Apartments in Issaquah. The one at 660 Wildwood is not gated and the management pays the water, sewer and garbage. I dont know what kind of home you keep but neither me or any of my neighbors have roaches.
