Ever since the rude owner lady left and the new, much nicer owner came about the atmosphere has turned for the better. Although some of the apartments need some fixing up, it is a quiet place to live and also conviently placed down the road from Front Stree market and downtown Issaquah.
Only bad thing is, they do not have many parking spaces for tenants with multiple car or visitors at times.
