Get ready to loose deposit money

As the management is in a single person's hand, she makes money from residents deposit. When I moved-in, The carpet was not professionally cleaned. The cabinet doors were stripped out and some other small things. I stayed for a very short time but they charged me for everything from carpet cleaning, paint and other cleaning for which I am not liable.
