Our first 6 months here were pretty good.. nice and quiet, prompt maintenance. The appliances are old but maintenance is good. The location is great as far as proximity to trails, schools, and shopping. Unfortunately when the manager left everything went to hell. The new manager is nice but this place needs someone more forceful to keep people in line and stop this place from turning into a ghetto.

Neighbors are noisy, trash in the bushes and walkways from the drunken neighbors who come home at 2:30 in the morning and buzz everyone's apt because the dumbass is too drunk to remember which one is his.... the dumbass's friends who ring the buzzer of all the apt's because he's not home and they still want to get into the building. I'm seriously thinking of buying a shotgun so I can answer the door with it the next time those idiots ring the bell at 11pm.

A few car break-ins. Domestic violence that led to the guy getting stabbed. Stupid teens in the pool at midnight...right now as I type this.

Most people are pretty good at keeping their pets under control...This place is one of the few places that allows large dogs but some a-holes can't pick up their dog's crap.... and the condo's across the way... some of them let their dogs loose at night to crap over here. If I ever catch one of those loose dogs I'm gonna strap a bag of dog crap to him and send him home with it.

Parking is almost never a problem.

This place started out a four star rating and ends now at a one star.... too bad.
