Madison is Great I have lived here for at lease 6 months and I feel that this is the best place to live in Issaquah. Maintance team is wonderful and the grounds are well light at night. The mangement team is alway a great help.

Awesome Office Staff! The office staff starting with the manager down is great! They have always treated me kindly and are actually helpful. The previous office staff was not helpful but fortunately they are no longer there. One thing I love is they clean the stairs and landings. They even vacuum

NO! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Trust me, You will be saving WAY more money and time going somewhere else than living here.
At first, the management will be nice but after a few months you will see why this place is not meant for ANYONE!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE First of all, we will not be renewing our lease. This apartment is OLD! The floors are SQUEAKING. The pipes need major overhaul. The place is not kid friendly. The lights are not working at the front door and management is not doing anything about it.

Great location lovley trees
I lived here for 1.5 years and the front office completely changed hands. Thank goodness, the new staff has their work cut out for them but is doing a good job of trying to make up for past mistakes. All in all for apartments in this area, it was a good value
