Wonderful place!!! - I have lived at allen Street Apts for over two years, and I find it to be the best place I have ever lived at as far as apts. go. they are very nice, and the price is reasonab le for how nice they are. The management is the best! Always nice and polite. Gets things done quickly, and takes care of things. After a shower or two, the ceiling & walls in the bathroom oozed yellow stuff. All the windows had mold... in fact I had multiple problems with the toilet and a big black patch of mold was growing behind the tank. Beginner apartment - I thought this was a cute little place to start off in. It was a studio, fairly good size but the traffic noise was a little bothersome.
