I have lived here for several years...Moved here & stayed because it was cheap & I'm on a limited income. At first maintenance & management were non-existent, but then new owners bought the place and hired a new management company. They have made a lot of cosmetic changes & upped the rent, but it's not worth what they're asking. Maintenance is sporadic & sloppy. There is a serious mold problem that they will come & clean off the surface if you push them about it. The plumbing is bad...Plumber's out here all the time for leaks & broken sewer lines. Water heaters keep springing leaks. The wiring is bad...my bulbs burn out about once a month...plugs won't stay in outlets, keep falling out...thermostats stick & don't shut off. Burners don't fit properly on the stoves. The trash dumpster is inadequate...it's constantly running over. Parking is a nightmare. We are supposed to have assigned parking, but someone is always in or blocking someone else's space. There is no guest parking. There are always strange people wandering around who DO NOT live here. Since I have been here there have been 2 fires, numerous breaking into cars, 1 suspicious death of a child, several domestic violence incidents & all kinds of vandalism. The onsite laundry is a joke. I was here when they installed those machines new, and now they look & work like junk. People keep trashing the laundry & the machines. Now they are installing stackable washers & dryers in the apartments. God only know what that will do to the plumbing.Neighbors play heavy bass music all hours of the night all nights of the week.
