I have lived here for about 5 years & seen many changes throughout this place. Anything that was attempted to be good, turned bad as everything else... VERY QUICKLY!!! Take for example the washers and dryers ongoing problem. We were promised in early NOVEMBER that we would have a stack-able washer and dryer installed by Christmas. Well... it's March and still no washer and dryer!!! They did however, cut huge holes in our ceiling for venting, tore apart what little storage (for food) space in a closet that we did have apart with holes and vents, did a horrible job painting (spayed our bedroom and front door with paint as well) and to top it off, have REQUIRED access to our apartment since this all started in NOVEMBER. (The maintenance staff has unlocked the door & walked right in with 4 hispanic men while I was in bed Topless. As I sat up to see what was going on, they all just stood there and stared for god's sake!!!). So, if you want ANY kind of privacy or just plain peace, do Not move here!!! So, it's now March 10th, and we still have no washer and dryer, and we have to put everything that would have been stored in the closet..., anyplace on the floor.
The management changes daily it seems, we have Disgusting yellow walls, Old appliances, Trashy neighbors throughout the complex, and the police are called at least once a week with all the partying that goes on here.
Our bedroom and bathroom door is cracked and broken apart all over the bottom of both sides, and even though it was like that when we moved in, management will not fix them. They say that the damages are cosmetic, so we have to pay to replace them, & I can't count the number of times we've gotten hurt by the slivers of wood on the floor daily.
I've just hit the tip of the iceberg of problems with this place, but maybe it will be enough to keep good people from making the same mistake we did. Hopefully, just the thought alone that the people running this place will unlock your door and just walk in whenever they please, stare at you in bed and then throw your stuff around and leave a Huge mess for YOU to clean up when they do decide to leave... will disgust you enough!!!

OMG what a horrible experience! You poor thing! I would feel so violated for the staff to walk in MY house like that! Thank you, your review makes me steer clear away from this place!
