We just recently moved in, and so far we're really happy here. The office lady is always really nice and helpful. I like living in a newly renovated place, and the outside is always kept up and clean. The nearby construction is a bummer, but at least the noise isn't bad inside the apartment. We haven't had a problem with noisy neighbors like some of the other people have that posted comments. I'd recommend this place if you want to live in kenmore.

Just wait and see!! You will evently see what everyone else sees. The office woman is a b*tch and she is completely unhelpful..The only reason you think that is because you haven't experience any issues where she can tell you "oh too bad" and was probably desperate to get you to move in, since they haven't found anyone to move in in MONTHS!! I've never lived in a place where they put fresh balloons out EVERYDAY because they are so desperate. Just wait... You will want to take back your nice review..

I agree with aakillingbeck. It is a nice enough complex and the office lady is very nice and friendly, much better than the several previous landlords. Rent is cheap and there aren't many problems. The contruction outside is quiet, but makes it a bit of a pain to get in/out. Overall, a nice place to live at a very good price.
