nice enough apartment complex. the grounds itself are ok, but the interiors are really nice. I've noticed that the new management (Iron Mountain) is much better than the previous owners (Glacier). Since then, things have slowly gotten better. The staff is nice and friendly as long as you follow the lease and are on time with your rent.

Major downside is that washer/dryer units are optional for $50 more a month in rent. Your unit you want may not have them, and you have to sort it out with managment to get them.

Overall I think it is a very nice place to live for a very good price.
