Been very happy here this past year. Small 41 unit, 2 building complex, built new in 2006. Nice sized units, 2 Bed, 2 Ba. for most part, black appliances, full size washer and dryer in unit, balconey, storage, underground secure parking plus above ground lot and street, so parking is not a problem.
Landscape is well maintained. It is quiet, orderly, in safe neighborhood, off the main road, yet just steps to library and shopping. Have to dig for faults here, maybe the garage could be cleaned more often, fire alarm be made less sensitive to false alarms, improved water billing service provider and better quality quieter ventalation fans in units.
Manager is very friendly, knowlegable, considerate and responsive to residents needs. Lease renewal saw a 1.5% increase, which is quite reasonable when compared with the 22% increase that drove me out of SOLARA in Lake City. If there is a unit available, I can recommend.
