I have lived here in the Chelsea Court with my partner for the past 2 years. When we moved in there was a female manager and while very nice and accomodating she was not a very good addition to the property. The new mamagers who are here now have been excellent we are very happy here. In other reviews I have read I noticed that complaints about thin walls was in issue. Let me just say that there will always be an issue with noise when living in an apartment situation. I never hear my neighbors at all but maybe I am just lucky. At the time we moved in we were thrown out of our 18 year appartment for condo conversion and were frankly lucky to find anything at all that wasn't out of our price range. Again I have been very happy here and would move here again.

I a three year resident believe this to be a fair review. Overall this is a friendly community and I have had no issues with any of my neighbors. That makes this a clean, warm and safe place to live.
