I lived at Coventry Place for about 1 1/2 years and loved it. The grounds were well maintained and looked great when other places where friends lived looked brown and dead.

I was worried about the skate park when they put it in because of the older kids (I have small children), but after the first month or two, I didn't see or hear any trouble - the management was very quick to get involved to keep the property safe and quiet - they sent out letters asking all tenants to attend city counsel meetings.

The general noise level wasn't anything more than I've experienced at any other apartment complex, and in general was better. It was obvious to me the management tried very hard to keep the complex clean, safe, and enjoyable. Will miss the work-out room and pool/spa!

Also - this place is close to everything! Can walk to stores, or catch the downtown bus for work within a five-minute walk.
