Our family lived at Fairway View for about 3 years. We were always treated nicely and the managers were nice neighbors to have. The grounds are kept up well, not alot of garbage or broken down vehicles. If we needed something fixed or replaced it was done quickly. We liked the fact that it was pretty quiet, not any loud parties or anything like that. We would highly recommend this complex, it's a great place to live.
