I love living here. The managers are our neighbors and they are a delight! Any time you need something they are right there to help you out. That is something you don't find everywhere. I have lived here for just a short while and I intend to stay for a long time.
The complex is clean and well kept. The parking is a bit slim, but oh well, nothing is ever perfect.
I would highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a nice apt in Kenmore. The manager is good and won't put up with any B.S.!! (Which is nice) I feel secure here!
