Lived here for a year. The place was pretty nice overall. Flexible lease terms, move in special with rental reduction for 1st yr. Layout was pretty good, decent amenities; DW, Disp, fireplace. Coin op laundry, sometimes too busy when you need it. Pets are OK and it'd pretty easy to get to from either Seattle, Lynnwood or the East side.

Biggest complaint is that I could clearly hear the dialog of whatever tv show was on (or conversation was going on) in the apartment below me and beside me.

They kept a bit more of my deposit than I would have expected.

Parking was a little tight and no covered was available.

It was also REALLY hard getting in and out of the parking lot during rush hour due to traffic building up at the intersection on Juanita dr/68th and Rt. 522.

But you can walk to a really good chinese restaurant, Sfway, several fast food places and a video store.
