generally quiet inside if no active folks above you or you live on top floor. Place is located next to a 'project' public housing area with hoodlums going in and out all night blasting music. Also the kids from this project are very loud screaming their little heads off most of the day and early evening... Both of our vehicles were broken into several times -one time they bashed in the windows even though there was nothing to steal.
