The negatives: both cars broken into, management staff became absolutely worthless after the old couple left, very loud and scary crowd next building over in the low income housing. If your balcony is facing this area noise will be problematic to say the least.

The security guard was laid off after the apartments changed owners and that's when the security situation really hit bottom. Maybe things have changed since we moved but dont count on it! I would recommend that anyone contemplating this place ask in-depth questions of the staff on what they are doing for security these days. If they say there is some kind of "watch" ask them how often it actually makes rounds.
If they fix this security issue I'd recommend the place...
