We've lived here for two years as of this month and we have only minimal issues with them. We did have a break in with our car a little over a year ago, but it was somewhat our fault - we accidentally left it unlocked, since then no issues. The management staff is incredibly sweet (they give birthday cards and balloons, as well as Christmas cards) and we've had no problems with maintenance. They have always been fast and efficient when responding to issues. The only problems we've had outside of the car break in are that our downstairs neighbors smoke and therefore when we leave our windows open all their smoke flows up into our apartment, it's really disgusting, but what can you do about that' It's legal to smoke on your deck here. The other issue is that we can't have a dog, and we'd eventually like one, but that's no big deal. Lastly, our unit faces Juanita Drive, so it's kind of noisy, but we've gotten used to it. The grounds are kept nice and clean, they are constantly working on things to keep up on the building's integrity, and the pool is really nice in the summer.
