I've lived in quite a few communities nearby (Kirkland and Bothell) since I worked in Kirkland. In the other communities- staff, PARKING, rent hikes, and maintenance were always issues. Many times, we were promised certain levels of service and did not receive them.

At Inglewood, being a single person, I felt completely safe coming home late and leaving early. My maintenance issue (yes, only one in the whole year) was serviced right away. Gloria and Calvin (Property Manager and Maintenance Personnel)knew my son and I by name and was always friendly and as accommodating as could be. My surrounding neighbors were friendly as well and all seemed to be long time tenants.

The moving out experience usually is a tell-tale of how a property management group really is. My move out experience was completely easy. I received my refund (usually a fight with other communities)after leaving my apt. in move in condition (less the living wear and tear) and was surprised that Inglewood Forest stuck by their promise of not charging me for the normal wear and tear of living in a unit.

Would I recommend Inglewood Forest to others' Yes. I have and will. It is an older community with character and nicer tenants. The rooms and units are huge (one bedroom with approx. 850 ft. of living space). They are definitely spacier than other 'newly remodeled, really small, more expensive' communities nearby. It is located between the eastside and the westside making the commute to either Seattle or Kirkland convenient.

I have been completely satisfied with living at Inglewood.
