I have been renting for 20 years and this was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had. the Manager ------- is the super-*&#@h from HELL. She acts all nice but she is really a money hungry, scamming, conniving she------. I had lived there problem free before she was hired. Due to a change in my employment I bounced a rent check and was suddenly charged all these ridiculous fees without even taking into account all the time I had lived there. At every turn there were fees upon fees upon fees for really wierd stuff. I tred to make ammends and she just kept charging me. I ended up moving out and after spending like $60,000 there over the time I lived there and paying all that I was due she sent a NEW bill for over $300 to my new address. She also gave me a TERRIBLE reference for any new apartments I was trying to move in to. Do NOT MOVE here..you will regret it. Also my car was broken into 5 times during the time I lived there.

I agree she is a real piece of work. Take them to court if you can.--------------------- the greedy owner in the man you need to serve through King County Small claims court. Don't let her get away with it.
