Don't move here. I can't wait till my lease is up. Yes, the apartments are spacious, but they are crappy. They have big balconies, but the traffic noise makes it unbearable to be outside. The management, Crystal, is really ridiculous, slightly ditzy and never in the office during regular hours. And when she is in teh office, she actually drives her car the 40 feet to work. The closet doors always fall off. The neighbors can be heard very easily. Cars are regularly broken into. Drunks hang out in the parking area. There is pretend security, meaning cameras that don't work.
The thing that is worst, though, is the attitude of the management. I am already dreading the hassle of getting any deposit back.
Oh, and lastly, the traffic is ridiculous. Be sure to come by around 5:30 and attempt to turn onto 83rd Pl NE.
Be smart and don't move here.

Don't expect a dime back from them you won't get it. I scrubbed the place for hours. True Slum lords
