I have lived at the Northpointe Highlands for the last 4 years. I have had a good experience with Management. I've never had a problem with getting work orders done in time. I had my dishwasher start leaking and maintenance showed up after hours to fix it. Within the last two years I have felt like management cared for the property and their tenants

Having lived in numerous apartments, this has to be one of the better managed complexes. The maintenance is always quick to respond. The manager uses common sense regarding issues within exceptable boundaries. The units are clean and the building is fairly quiet. The atmosphere is pleasant, as they screen the applicants very well. In addition, we absolutely love the view from our balcony.
