My lease is almost up, and i have enjoyed it here! I live in the older buildings so if there were any issues, they were taken care of or we took care of them if they continued (which wasn't that most fun but its just like every other place) I would recommend it here to people. Crystal has always been understanding, even with stupid mistakes! It was a good place to rent from for a first time renter! When looking, remember, no where you rent will be PERFECT! The noise was a big down fall, but thats really all.

Northpointe is one of the best apartment properties in Kenmore/Bothell area. These comments are not true, and from a disgruntled resident who doesn't pay their rent. The staff is professional and very responsive, and I can't believe these statements.

There are few quality rentals in Kenmore, much less Bothell. I have no reason to doubt the complaints in this review.

I've lived there, and the above rings so true. In my opinion the worst aspects in general are constant noise (mostly from other tenants but also road noise), indifferent and flaky management, and poor quality construction/maintenance. They make sure the entrance/office area looks nice to lure new tenants in, but it goes no further than that.

You can't belive these statements? Well I lived there before and just wait until they refuse to give you any of your deposit back even AFTER you scrubbed the place for hours. THEN maybe you WILL believe.

I got about a month left here (I posted this post) and I have already found a great place a few blocks down called, The Timbers . Its very homey, comfortable, has grass, easy to get to safeway, they have a great gym and pool/hot tub unlike Northpoint, all pets welcome, Alarm system, just overall a lot better and its 100 DOLLARS less!! I totally recommend checking them out!
