horrible management, where do I begin' No isulation in the walls. I could here the guy upstairs snorring every night. It shook the whole bedroom. The grounds keeper is "special" and walks around talking to himself loudly and wakes you up in the morning. Worst of all the landlord is disshonest and tries to rip off your deposit by charging for normal wear and tear as well as the labor. If you live there take pictures before you turn in keys. He said the whole unit was dirty when I had cleaned everything from toilet, shower, floors, carpet, oven, refridgerator, and cupboards. It was spotless accept for a few minor carpet stains which I treated and came out when he shampood the carpet. I am currently contesting his claim. All this after I paid a cleaning deposit. Do not move here. You will here every noise and get ripped off.
