I lived here at Sammamish River Aparatments for a sort time. If I didn't have to move for a family medical emergency I would have stayed at these apartments for quite awhile. From what I hear that is pretty typical of the renters here, not alot of turn over.
I have never had any problems with the apartment, the complex or the manager/owner of the the place. Dennis (the owner) was always more than fair with me and nice. The grounds keeper is very diligent about keeping the place looking perfect. I read one of the other previous tenants comments of the grounds keeper and thought they were completely rude and un-called for and frankly a lie. Anyone who takes a minute to say hello and observe what a fantastic job he does would feel the same as I do. He is a kind and gentle man who takes alot of pride in doing good at his job which is alot more than alot of "regular" people in this world. I guess I just don't find people who make fun of people with disabilities to much of a reliable source.
This complex was always completely safe. There was never alot noise that I noticed. The apartments are very well insulated. You can tell the owner takes pride in the complex because he keeps them well maintained.
The only down side was that I wished I could have had a garage but they were all being rented.
I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. If I didn't have to leave for family reasons I would have stayed and continued to love living here! Its been great!
