We lived here for just over 2 year.
When we moved out Dennis Kroeger the landlord/owner charged us over $1,600 for painting and cleaning. He is a total scam artist. I confronted him and he agreed to just take my security and cleaning deposit. So I got nothing back. We cleaned the place before we left. He charged us for a cleaning crew $115.00 then he said he was charging for the work he himself did 20 hours at $35 per hour. Plus painting fees, blind cleaning fees, carpet cleaning fees...etc..

He said I was the first one to ever contfront him about being charged above and beyond there deposit. He basically charged for wear and tear which is illegal in Washington per RCW 59. He told me that he never takes anyone to court or tries to collect on unpaid (bogus) bills that he sends people when they leave. Yes because what he is doing is illegal and King County Small Claims Court with never side with him.

Dennis you should know better. This cheating of tenants is going to get you in trouble some day.

Just stay away from that place. Oh and he charged $5.00 for a parking space. Not for an additonal one just for the first one. How strange.
