worst place i have ever lived

50% --------, they make very loud disrespectfull neighbors, the land lords do NOTHING to stop groups of 10 to 20 -------- from yelling and drinking and partying. out side my door during all times of day or night. small unsupervized children ( Screaming ) and playing on stairs daily. police station is 1 block down and they prey on people in the neighborhood, if you like your car dont move in here. very disrespectfull neighbors will fill both sides of you car with door dings. high crime area, many many low income non english speaking -------- live here, upto 3 familys in a 1 bedroom apartment is typical. land lords do NOTHING about that either
