Best Apartment I've Rented in 10 Years of Renting in Puget Sound Area

Sunridge Apartments is *the* best apartment experience I've had. My favorite aspect of living here is that it is so peaceful. Furthermore, it is very clean and well-maintained on a daily basis.
Also, the management team is extremely friendly, respectful, and responsive. If there is ever a problem, no matter how small (ie, closet door not sliding correctly), they respond quickly and in a way that is convenient for the tenant. They live on-site, and are friendly and kind, without being intrusive. They emphasize that they want to know if there are ever any problems, no matter what hour of day or night. (Believe me, I have contacted them for some things that turned out to be silly mistakes on my part, but they've always taken my concerns seriously!) I trust them implicitly, and I feel safe because I know they are keeping an eye out for their residents.
The landlord is also around on occasion, contributing to the upkeep of the building, as well as to building improvements, including carpet cleaning in the halls, power washing the outside of the building, re-slating the front walkway, planting new plants, and touching up the painting. He has given an artistic touch to each of the apartments, so the fixtures and countertops are unique and stylish. He is very receptive to hearing about suggestions (ie, if we need more recylcing bins, etc.), and he took the tenants' privacy concerns into consideration before installing a security camera. The lovely managers and the landlord work hard to promote a positive community environment.
The other tenants are quiet and respectful. In fact, I hear more noise from the neighboring parking lot (in the summer only, when the windows are open) than I hear from anyone within the building. Any noise I hear here is just the basic living sounds of someone closing a door in the hall, or walking down the stairwells. The community is diverse, yet the commonality is that everyone who stays is very considerate.
The Burke-Gilman Trail, Safeway, and St. Edward's park are all very close, as are the library and the fire station (however, I heard more sirens when living downtown 3 miles from a fire station than I do here). There's easy access to Lake City Way and 405.
I almost hate to give away the secret treasure I've found living in Sunridge Apartments. If you don't appreciate peace, quiet, and safety, please don't consider this complex. But if you do, then you will love it here and you'll find yourself welcomed!
