I have been living at Sunridge Apartments for a little over a year now. It is a great place to call home. All my family and friends live in Graham/Puyallup area so it has been hard being away from them. The owner and apartment managers have made it easier for me being away from home. They are extremely helpful and friendly.

I use to live in a two bedroom but had to find a new place and I was worried that I would have to leave Sunridge but they did their best to get me into a studio apartment. I love it! Whenever you have a problem they are right there to help you.

The loacation is quite and safe. I have not had any issues living in this area of Kenmore. Everything is close too. There is a Park and Ride right down the street and near that is a Safeway (with a very friendly and helpful staff), Rite Aid, and Blockbuster. The Burke-Gilman trail is close for those who want to ride their bikes or go for a jog. There is a police station and fire station right down the street but I rarely hear sirens, not like the city.

I have been very happy with Sunridge and will be sad when my lease ends. If it weren't for me going back home I would want to stay at Sunridge. I will miss my little home away from home and the people who make Sunridge such a lovely place to live.

So if you are looking for a warm, friendly, safe place to call home this is the place for you.
