My wife and I moved here just over a year ago and we couldn t be happier. The management staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. The owner is also very personable and has done several remodels to make the building not only safer, but more aesthetic; including adding a privacy lattice for our patio and security cameras in the hallways.

There is also a constant effort to keep the building in good repair. Recently new lighting has been added to both the exterior of the building and the interior hallways. The parking lot is also regularly cleaned (which those of us in the area can really appreciate with the amount of falling leaves in autumn and winter).

As far as cost, the price for each unit is very reasonable for the area. Having looked at several other complexes before moving in here, my wife and I were very impressed by how they are able to create such a functional building at such affordable prices.

In short, if you re looking for the best value for your money (which we can all understand in this economy) this is the place to be!
