We live here now and our lease is up next month.

Parking is horrible and guest parking is non-existent. Everyone who lives here, a few people excepted, are trashy and the police are here every week.

The manager is completely rude and will not lift a finger for you. Abandoned cars sit in visitor spots for months!!! Even though the lease says they will be towed after 72 hours of being inoperable.

In agreement with the other reviewers, the walls are paper thin. I can even hear every word of my downstairs neighbor's music.

The laziness is the biggest problem here. The management is lazy and so are the people. There is litter everywhere, dead cars, the pool is green and cloudy, the mail room has been getting trashed every week now and no one cleans up their dog ---- (even though there are bag stations all over!) That shows you how truly lazy people are around here.

Avoid this place-- we are getting the heck out next month. Only hope they don't charge us for the damage that was already here.
