I feel compelled to write because I just read some of the harsh reviews from other people... and theirs have not been OUR experience. We've lived here a year and it's been a great experience so far. There are so many other complexes in the area, but this one has the largest floor plans, most storage space, and best prices. We've gotten great accommodating service from the management and quick and friendly responses to our maintenance concerns.

Our neighbors have been friendly or else just keep to themselves. There are definitely some disrespectful people (not picking up pet excrement, loudly coming or going at whatever hours suit them), but I think you get some of that in ANY complex environment.

It's close to buses and a Park-n-Ride, the Burke-Gilman Trail, St. Edward State Park on Lake Washington, 5 and 405, the King County Sheriff's Dept., Safeway, Blockbuster, the Post Office, banks, restaurants, and other businesses without being hit by the accompanying traffic and noise.

It's been great to finally have the option of getting a pet, too... and there's a park just up the road.

We have been really thankful for how well this place has turned out for us. We would definitely recommend Kenmore Estates to others.
