at first when we moved in we thought, hey this place isnt so bad for the price. but then there were many things that started to worry us. we had the larger 2 bedroom 2 bath model and our toilet broke in the master bath. they tried to fix it many times but were always unwilling to get professional help. after a while our maintence requests started to go un noticed. the toilet was from the 70's and obviouly just needed to be replaced, but they refused. we let them know that due to their untimely response to our major plumbing problem we were going to get out of our lease. they told us that they were going to replace the toilet after we left. how nice.

another thing is we had the most annoying people in the world living in the complex across the way. the cops were there all the time for domestic voilence. then we noticed that there was heavy drug activity going on in a different apartment. we helped the police out the best that we could and some of the kids went to jail. the mangement still would not evict the tennants who were left over and still causing problems. they told us all they could do is say they were "wishing to not renew the tennants lease".

all of these situations made us decide that kenmore estates was not a good place to live.
