Here's an example of Kenmore Estate's management: they told us the day we moved in that they were in the process of "landscaping" the complex grounds. This consisted of one bag of manure which sat outside our apartment until the day we moved out, 6 months later.
We had a lot of mold problems. As in, everything we own was covered in mold. After we moved out, we visited the apartment to see what they had done to the place (they had charged us $200 in repairs). Their mold solution was to paint over it! I'm laughing as I write this but I'm sure I have something horribly wrong with my respority system....
If you like to throw parties then it's a good place to live because all your neighbors will come over and drink you liquor then tell you they will have your car towed if you don't move it out of their spot... even though they don't own a car. (I. E. there's no parking anywhere and some of the people living there sucked....)
However, it's cheap and that is what we wanted.
