I have never lived in a worse place. There was mold everywhere and the management told me it was "normal" for WA. Not in my 30 years here! They didnt do a thing and it ruined all my furniture.
When I moved, they refused to refund my deposit and when they finally did (after threats of court) it wasnt the full amount.
I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex to Osama Bin Laden!

There is a new management team here at the Alexan and any and all mold issues have been handled. I can personally attest to the fact that yes when I first came here mold was a bit of an issue due to negligence, however there is no longer such a problem. We have also undergone a full renovation (interior & exterior) taking care in riding prior problems.

Not true! I know that with the turnaround time on my old unit, they didn't do a darn thing (except for paint over the mold). The renovations are not doing anything except for slapping a Band-Aid on a growing problem.

There was a sink or dishwasher overflow above my friends that leaked into their apt. started to drip into their lighting fixtures and the mold problem was never addressed.
