No longer worth the price of Rent

Older buildings but units large Was worth the rent when I moved in but raised by $50 after the first year and then they wanted to raise the rent by $100 when lease was up. NOT worth it for the age & ammenities. THINNEST WALLS I'VE EVER SEEN (OR HEARD) IN AN APARTMENT. Thought someone was in my apartment the first day I moved in because the neighbor coughed! Could hear ever phone conversation of my neighbor & had to listed to another neighbor yell at her 2 kids all evening. No covered parking & visitor parking sucks. Depending on building laundry rooms can be far away & not cheap...crowded & close at 10pm. Apliances & decor is older. Horrible lighting in the kitchen. The bedrooms are huge, miss that. Nice pool & exercise area.
